Duetto After Dark

Duetto After Dark Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These are the rules for using Duetto After Dark. They’re short on purpose. They’re also the end user licence agreement (EULA) for the app.

The short version

1. Who we are, and what applies

Duetto After Dark is published by Mitaanshu Agarwal, a sole trader in Australia. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Mitaanshu. You can reach us at support@keenshift.ai.

These terms are an agreement between you and us. They add to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (Apple’s EULA), which applies to every App Store app. If the two conflict, Apple’s EULA wins on the licence to use the app, and these terms win on everything else. Apple is not responsible for After Dark and has no duty to support it.

After Dark uses the same account and the same couple as Duetto. The Duetto Terms of Use also apply to your account and to pairing. If they conflict with these terms, these terms win for After Dark.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use After Dark on Apple devices you own or control, as Apple’s EULA allows, for your own use. We can end it if you break these terms. Don’t copy, modify, rent, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law lets you. The app and its cards, questions and artwork belong to us or the people who license them to us.

3. Adults only: 18 and over

If you feel unsafe or pressured, pause or unlink, and then talk to someone you trust. In an emergency in Australia, call 000. In Australia, 1800RESPECT (1800 737 732) offers confidential support. Elsewhere, please contact your local emergency or support services.

5. What After Dark is, and isn’t

6. Your content, and your partner’s

7. Things you must not do

8. After Dark Plus and payments

9. Leaving: pausing, unlinking, unpairing and deleting

Either of you can leave at any time, for any reason.

The Privacy Policy has the details.

10. Notifications and privacy features

After Dark’s notifications are plain on purpose. They show the app name and a generic line, never a name, game or card. You can add an app lock with Face ID or your passcode, and a cover over the app switcher. These help, but they don’t replace your own care. If someone has your unlocked phone, they can open the app.

11. Ending things, and changes

12. Our responsibility

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If we can’t sort out a problem together, either of us can take it to the courts of Australia. This doesn’t take away any consumer protection that applies to you where you live and can’t be excluded by contract.
